Our Story
Founder Win Berry was offered a job for only a couple days to help a plumber in 1948. Those two days have led to over 75+ years in the plumbing trade. In 1952, he bought out that plumbing company and changed the name to Berry Plumbing. By hard work and various trials along the way, the business was able to grow. In 1994, Win sold the business to his son, Bill, but was still active on the job site after for many years. He can still be found involved within the business today around the shop work bench, keeping things organized.
In 1982, his son Bill began working full time alongside his Dad within the family business (not counting after school, Saturdays, and summers as a kid growing up). Bill took over the family business with his wife Nancy in the spring of 1994, and together have been blessed with raising three children.
Recently, the third generation, Chad Berry (Bill’s son) has begun to take an active role in the business and has obtainined his plumbing certification. As well, after completing a post-secondary accounting program, Katie (Bill’s daughter) has been employed at Berry Plumbing since 2013. This truly is a family business!
