Wisest and most experienced plumber in Norfolk County, over 75 years experience! He still comes out to the shop daily and can be found working at his bench most of the time.

Owner

Bill has over 40 years of plumbing experience and is a Licensed G2 gas technician and a licensed pump installer. Nancy has been involved with the business for over 30 years and helps out with many office administrative duties.

Licensed Plumber

Chad is the son of Bill and Nancy, and has been a licensed plumber since 2015, yet had many many hours of work on Saturday’s and weekends growing up as a kid! Also a licensed G2 gas technician, and a licensed pump installer

Apprentice

Brodie is currently an apprentice with Berry Plumbing, while also spending time as a volunteer firefighter in Brant County

Justin is our newest employee, starting his apprentice after recently graduating from Holy Trinity Catholic High School.

Office Administration

Katie helps out with many office administration duties and has been a part of the family business since 2014

Crystal is a full time office administrator looking after many aspects such as answering the phone, ordering product and coordinating calls that come in.
